So I've spent the last few hours trying to trouble-shoot this issue by doing online searches but the more I read the more confused I get and I must suck at Linux because I don't understand what half of these guys are saying in terms of steps to follow.
Basically I have gp6-full-linux-r11201.deb and I tried double-clicking on it.
